Join Jana Crenshaw for a simple meal and an intentional rest session to reset and energize you for the rest of your week! Whether you are looking for help managing your normal stress levels, or supporting a regular meditation and rest practice, these weekly sessions are key! No meditation experience necessary - September sessions are introductory and pay-as-you-can. Reserve a spot for $10 (non refundable) and please contribute whatever else you're able in person. $40 suggested donation.
